When we arrived at Mala Mala we were shown a pride of lions feeding on a giraffe it had killed a few days before. On the morning of our departure 15 Spotted Hyenas had taken over the odoriferous remains.
Hyenas were right at the top of my list of animals that I wanted to see and photograph!
